Council met in regular session
members present Mayor R G Martin
Councilmen Geo Johnson S A Martin
A J McNurlen. Minutes of last meeting
read & approved. Moved & 2nd that the
following bill be allowed & an order be
drawn on Treas. for same. motion carried.
motion made & 2nd that we pay the Marshal $5.00
per month. motion carried.
Jennie Ferguson, rent — 3.00
A J McNurlen, lighting St lamps — 8.00
J C Wolts, Gravel — 3.30
R G Martin, ward notices — 1.25
Chris Bauer, Marshal fees — 2.50
D McGregor was nominated for
Councilman to fill vacancy. a vote was
taken & McGregor was duly elected
& sworn into office by Mayor. Mayor
appointed D McGregor as committee
on finance. Moved & 2nd that we
buy the stove of L Morty for $1.50.
motion carried. motion made to adjourn
until next regular meeting night.
