DANA MINUTES
Council met in regular session on May 2, 2001 at 7:00 pm at
Dana Community Center with Mayor Jack Pedersen presiding. Council
members present: Rocky Delp, Jerry Erickson, Ivan Hillman, Jack
Hurley, Virgil Pedersen.
Motion Hillman, second Hurley to approve Amended Agenda.
Scholarship added. Ayes: all mc. Minutes of April 4 meeting were
approved as written. Motion Erickson, second Hillman to approve
financial reports and all bills due prior to next regular council
meeting. Ayes: all mc.
Discussion was held on the city sign to be installed. Jack
Hurley reported that the water has been filled for emergencies.
The public hearing for the amended budget was opened at 7:15
pm. No oral or written comments were received. After discussion,
motion Hurley, second Pedersen to approve Amended Budget. Ayes: all
mc.
Motion Delp, second Erickson to approve vacating alley between
lots 23 & 26 and 24 & 25. Ayes: all me.
Motion Hurley, second Pedersen to approve $200 scholarship for
Brooke Bishop. Ayes: all mc. Motion Hurley, second Pedersen to put
the reserve back in the general fund. Ayes: all mc.
Motion Erickson, second Hurley to approve liquor license and
Cigarette permit for Stinkye. Ayes: all me.
Motion Delp, second Hurley to adjourn at 7:30 pm. Next
regular council meeting Wednesday, June 6 at 7:00 pm at Dana
(Bio. at oS
