DANA MINUTES
Council met in regular session on March 7, 2001 at 7:00 pm at
Dana Community Center with Mayor Jack Pedersen presiding. council
members present: Rocky Delp, Jerry Erickson, Ivan Hillman, Jack
Hurley. Absent: Vfrgil Pedersen.
Motion Delp, second Hillman to approve Agenda. Ayes: all mc.
Minutes of February 14, 2001 meeting were approved as read. Motion
Hurley, second Hillman to approve financial reports and all bills
due prior to next regular council meeting. Ayes: all mc.
Budget public hearing was opened at 7:00 pm by Mayor Pedersen.
Discussion was held. No written or verbal communication was heard.
The public hearing was closed at 7:10 pm. Motion Hurley, second
Erickson to approve the 2001-2002 budget. Ayes: all mc.
Motion Delp, second Erickson to adjourn at 7:20 pm. Next
regular council meeting Wednesday, April 4, at 7:00 pm at Dana
Community Center.
