AT DANA CITY HALL. PRESENT WERE: COUNCIL MEMBERS: MAYOR MANDY SIMS, TONY SIMS, CHRIS VARGAS, AND SEAN MCCLANAHAN, CITY CLERK JACKIE OSTRANDER. A MOTION WAS MADE BY TONY SIMS AND SECONDED BY CHRIS VARGAS TO APPROVE THE AGENDA. AYES: ALL MOTION CARRIED ON A MOTION MADE BY CHRIS VARGAS AND SECONDED BY ANTHONY SIMS, THE MINUTES OF THE JULY 1, 2026 MEETING WERE APPROVED. OTHER DISCUSSION ITEMS INCLUDED SETTING UP AN OFFICE AT CITY HALL, FUTURE PROPERTY DISPOSITION IN DANA.
