PRESENT WERE: EMILY OSTRANDER, JACKIE OSTRANDER, MANDY SIMS, TONY SIMS, CHRIS VARGAS AND SEAN MCCLANAHAN. ABSENT WERE: NONE A MOTION WAS MADE BY TONY SIMS AND SECONDED BY CHRIS VARGAS.
