Gentlemen:
The following Resolution was adopted by the (Town) (City) Council of the Incorporated (Town) (City) of Dana, lowa, at a (special) (regular) meeting of the (Town) (City) Council held on October 21, 1992.
Be it resolved by the (Town) (City) Council of the Incorporated (Town) (City) of Dana, Iowa, that the lowa Electric Light and Power Company be authorized and is hereby directed to make the following changes
in the existing system, at the locations described herein (or shown on an attached map made a part of this Resolution) accor-
ing to the terms expressed in the existing street lighting contract:
NEW INSTALLATION OR CHANGES IN EXISTING SYSTEM:
Type and Overhead or
Add Delete Wattage or Type of Height of Underground
