RESOLUTION NO. 96-1
A RESOLUTION SETTING THE SALARIES AND WAGES FOR APPOINTED
OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF DANA, IOWA FOR THE
YEAR 1996-97.
Be it resolved the Council of Dana of the City of Dana, Iowa;
Section 1. The following persons and positions named
shall be paid the salaries and wages indicated and the City
clerk is authorized to make deductions from the amounts set
out below, on the first (lst) of each month; and make
contributions to IPERS and Social Security or other purpose
as required by law or authorization of the Counci all subject
to audit and review by the Council;
City Clerk/Treasurer George Brabbs Hourly $11.00
Water Supt. Daniel Acton Hourly $ 8:00
Part time help Hourly $5.50
Mileage at $ .29 per mile
Overtime hours shall be paid for at one and a half times the hourly
or hourly equivalent rate for the job performed unless the
Council chooses compensatory hours.
Section 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to post
this Resolution. Passed this 2nd day of January 7, 1996
and approved this 2nd day of January 1996.
