Gentlemen:
The following Resolution was adopted by the City Council of the Incorporated City of Dana, Iowa, at a regular meeting of the City Council held on April 20th, 1994. [printed options "Town" and "special" struck through on the form]
Be it resolved by the City Council of the Incorporated City of Dana, Iowa, that the Iowa Electric Light and Power Company be authorized and is hereby directed to make the following changes in the existing system, at the locations described herein (or shown on an attached map made a part of this Resolution) according to the terms expressed in the existing street lighting contract:
NEW INSTALLATION OR CHANGES IN EXISTING SYSTEM:
1. Add Number: (blank) | Delete Number: 17 | Wattage or Lumen Rating: 175 watt | Type of Luminaire: Mercury Vapor | Type and Height of Metal Pole: (dash) | Overhead or Underground Wiring: (dash)
2. Add Number: 17 | Delete Number: (blank) | Wattage or Lumen Rating: 100 watt | Type of Luminaire: High Pressure Sodium | Type and Height of Metal Pole: (blank) | Overhead or Underground Wiring: (blank)
