Text Any textual data included in the document RESOLUTION NO.95-1 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF REAL ESTATE WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of Dana to acquire certain real estate located in the City of Dana, described as follows: The W1/2 of lot 1, Block 1, Dana, Greene County, Iowa ("the Real Estate”) WHEREAS, the Real Estate is presently titled in the name of Francis W. Zimmerle and Deborah F. Zimmerle,, husband and wife, and they have agreed to give the City a Quit Claim Deed to convey the premises to the City. WHEREAS, the City Council of the of Dana, Iowa deems it to be in the best interests of the City to accept the Zimmerle Quit Claim Deed from the Zimmerles and to filethe deed with the office of the Greene County Recorder.
