Absent, Hadley and Mayor Pedersen. The minutes of the November regular council meeting were read and approved. Kevin Cooklin was present. Insurance inspection report was discussed. Past due waite bills were discussed. The budget for 1990-91 was discussed. Motion by Border second by Hillman to pay the following bills and all bills due prior to the next regular council meeting.
