The minutes of the July 18, 1990 council meeting were read and approved. Past due water bills were discussed and notices are to be sent to the ones over $100.00. Motion by Hadley second by Hurley to remove the bell and steeple from the Community Center. Motion carried. Greene County Development was discussed. Department of Transportation report was discussed. Motion by Pederson second by Hurley to pay the following bills and all bills due prior to the next regular council meeting. Motion carried.
