Absent Hadley, Border. The minutes of the December 19,1990 regular council meeting were read and approved. A Public Hearing was held on the purposed 1991-92 budget. No written objection received or oral objection heard against the purposed budget. Motion by Hurley second by Pedersen to adopt the purposed 1991-92 budget. Motion Carried. Past due water bills were discussed. A letter from General Electric, holder of the water loan, to the Mayor was discussed. It was reported a company had been hired to remove the Community Center steeple as soon as weather permits. Motion by Hillman second by Hurley to pay the following bills and all bills due prior to the next regular council meeting. Motion Carried.
