Present were Hurley, Hillman, Hadley, Border. Absent, Jack Pedersen and Virgil Pedersen. The minutes of the July 18, 1991 regular council meeting were read and approved . Past due wATER BILLS WERE DISCUSSED, General Electric Credit Corp. annual report was discussed. The November 5, 1991 City election was discussed. Motion byBorder second by Hillman to pay the following bills and all bills due prior to the next regular council meeting. Motion Carried.
