Motion by Hurley second by Hillman to approve a cig. permit for Stinky's Bar and Grill for the fiscal 1992-93 year. M.C. Motion by Hillman second by Hadley to adopt a investment policy. M.C. Motion by Hillman second by Hadley to buy street signs from Iowa Prison Industries for $708.25. M.C. Motion by Hurley second by Pedersen to pay the following bills and all bills due prior to the next regular council meeting. M.C.
