unapproved minutes of the august 19, 1992 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING
The Dana Council met in regular session with Mayor Pedersen presiding and allcouncil members present.
Minutes of the July 22, 1992 council meeting were read and approved.
Dan Acton, water Supt.,discussed State mandated extra water testing.
Steve Hunderdosse of Iowa Electric discussed planned changes in their system and the Trees Forever Program.
Motion by Paulson second by Hillman to approve appropriations for fiscal 1992-93. Motion Carried.
Motion by Pedersen second by Hurley to approve the 1991-92 annual report. Motion Carried.
Motion by Hillman second by Hurley to approve the following bills and all bills due prior to the next regular council meeting. Motion Carried
GENERAL FUND: Iowa Electric, service, 49.42; Ia. George Brabbs, recycling wages & mileage, 69.27; George Brabbs, wages, 185.29; George Brabbs, telephone calls, 7.21; GTE, service, 32.35; Jeri Pedersen, mowing, 35.00;
ROAD USE TAX FUND: Iowa Electric, service, 144.19; Iowa Prison Industries, street signs, 843.75.
WATER REVENUE FUND: Iowa Electric, service, 101.69; Dan Acton, postage, mileage, wages, 209.40; George Brabbs, wages, 156.59; City of Dana, payment to the General Fund for insurance, 430.00; Metc. Inc., testing, 225.00.
DANA BINBO FUND: Department of Racing and Gaming, bingo license, 150.00.
RECEIPT FUNDS:

Past due water bills were discussed.

Motion by Hadley second by Pedersen to adjourn. Motion Carried.
