Regular session. Clerk to procure a new set of ordinances. Bills allowed, including $53.97 [?] to Brunton Mc[?] for crossway materials, which the Mayor is to investigate before the warrant issues. Marshal's salary for August $5.00 and hall rent $3.00 to Mrs. Jennie Ferguson. Clerk to notify the M. & St. L. Railway again about tracks and crossings (second notice recorded Sept 9). Entry of $1.00 received from R. G. Martin for a moving picture show license.

Bill of Brunton Mc[Cobb? McColl?] for Lumber, Cement, Tile,
& Sand for Crossways & Repairs $53.97 [?]
Bill of A. J. Mar[k?]hom [surname uncertain] for Repairs Street Lamps .50
Salary C. Bauer [Banner?] Marshallship for Aug. 1914 5.00
Hall rent Mrs. Jennie Ferguson " Sept. " 3.00
Moved & seconded that Bills of Markham [?], Brunton
Mrs. Jennie Ferguson be allowed & Warrants be
Issued for same Carried
Mayor was instructed to investigate Bill
of Brunton Mc[Cobb?] & if found Correct a
Warrant be issued for same
Clerk was instructed to again Notify
