Regular meeting (Delp absent). Dated December 23, 1994 in the heading, although the November minutes set the meeting for December 21. Sheriff Jim Kurth discussed what it costs his department to answer the many calls it receives from Dana; action was tabled. The council approved the 1995-96 budget for a hearing (typed as December 23, but held at the December 28 special meeting) and adopted a resolution, typed "97-7" and probably 94-7, setting the rate paid to city employees for using private vehicles on city business. Bills include a $1,200 copier from Redden-Miller and D & O insurance. The next meeting is typed as January 18, 1994, meaning 1995.

UNAPPROVED MINUTES OF THE REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING DECEMBER 23, 1994 [?: the November 16 minutes set this meeting for December 21, 1994]
The Council meet in regular session with Mayor Pedersen presiding with Council Members Paulson, Hurley, Hillman, Pedersen present. Absent, Delp.
Sheriff Jim Kurth discussed the cost to his department for the many calls they are asked to cover in Dana. Action was tabled until a later meeting.
Motion by Hurley second by Paulson to approve the 1995-96 budget and set a hearing date of December 23 [sic: the budget hearing was held at the December 28, 1994 special meeting], 1994 at 7:00 p.m. in the Communty Center. Motion carried.
Motion by Pedersen second by Hillman to adopt Resolution 97-7 [sic: probably 94-7]. A Resolution setting the rate paid to City employees for use of private vehicles for City business.
Nuisances were discussed.
No passed due water bills.
Motion by Pedersen second by Hurley to pay the following bills and all bills due prior to the next regular Council meeting. Motion carried.
