Regular meeting (Delp absent). Dan Miller of Rural Water presented Rural Water's plans to the council. After a hearing with no objections, the council approved the amended 1994-95 budget (Resolution 95-2) and adopted Resolution 95-3, appropriations for budget year 1995-96. UNAPPROVED MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MAY 17TH COUNCIL MEETING
The Council met in regular session with Mayor Pedersen presiding and council members present: Paulson, Pedersen, Hillman, Hurley. Absent Delp.
Dan Miller form Rural Water discussed Rural Waters plans.
A Hearing was held on admending the current budget. No written objections were received and there were no oral objections.
Motion by Hurley secon by Hillman to approve the admended 1994-95 budget.Res.95-2 Ayes: Hillman, Hurley, Paulson, Pedersen. Nayes: none. Absent Delp.Motion carried
Motion by Pedersen second by Paulson to adopt Resolution 95- 3 apportions for budget year 1995-96. Ayes:Paulson, Hillman, Pedersen, Paulson. Absent, Delp.
Minutes of the special council meeting May 3 and regular meeting April 19, 1995 were read and approved.
Motion by Hillman second by Paulson to pay the following bills and all bills due prior to the next regular council meeting. Motion carried
GENERAL FUND: City of Grand Junction, fire radio, $250.00; Peoples Bank, FICA, $75.74; George Brabbs, wages, mileage, $104.85; Globe Free Press,supp., $9.00; Copeland Ins. Agency, Inc.,rent, $15.00; Jim's Super Value, supp.,$18.00; ATT&T, service, $3.91; GTE, service, $49.56;
ROAD USE TAX FUND: IES Utilities, service, $153.39; Hoffman bros.,filter, $4.01; Virgil Pedersen, gas $5.50; Virgil Pedersen, gas, $12.00; Nick Hillman, mowing, $39.25.
WATER REVENUE FUND: George Brabbs, wages, $101.95; IES Utilities, service, $130.24; Dan Acton, wages, mileage, postage, $351.66; Hack CO.,Chlorine, $26.00; Met.Inc., testing, $1540.00.
BINGO FUND: IES Utilities, service, $31.97; AT&T, service, $5.00;GTE, $34.62.
