Regular meeting with all members present. There were no past due water bills. Nuisances were discussed and the City Clerk gave finance, budget and Governmental Sharing reports. Sheriff Jim Kurth was to attend the December meeting to discuss the problems in Dana and the cost of covering them. Bills include Hoskinson Tree Service for felling the Zimmerle tree and a city tree, legal work by David Hoyt, a second IRS penalty for the third quarter of 1986, annual council wages and mayor's salary, motel and meals for the water superintendent's school, and $250 moved to a savings account for meter deposits. UNAPPROVED MINUTES OF THE NOVEMBER 16, 1994 COUNCIL MEETING
The council met in regular session with Mayor Pedersen presiding and all Council members presiding.
The minutes of the October 19, 1994 regular council meeting were read and approved.
No past due water bills
Nuisances were discussed.
Finance and Budget reports were given by the City Clerk.
Governmental Sharing report was given by the City Clerk
Sherriff Jim Kurth will be at the December council meeting to discuss the problems in Dana and the cost.
Motion by Hurley second by Pedersen to pay the following bills and all bills due proir to the next regular council meeting. Motion carried.
