Regular meeting with all members present. The council adopted Resolution 95-4 to install two new street lights, approved a rent agreement with Ron Adamson, and adopted Resolution 95-5 authorizing a 28E cooperation agreement with Jefferson, Churdan, Scranton, Rippey, Grand Junction and the Greene County Board of Supervisors. It voted to pay City Clerk George Brabbs $60.00 a month rent for office space and services, which indicates the Clerk's Office was in his home. Bills include $150 to the Greene County Sheriff for law enforcement, legal services by Dave Hoyt, and storm sewer work by Olson Electric. The Clerk's line is unsigned; signed by Jack Pedersen, Mayor.

UNAPPROVED MINUTES OF THE REGULAR JUNE 21, 1995 COUNCIL MEETING
The Council met in regular session with Mayor Prdersen presiding and all Council Members present.
The minutes of the regular May 17, 1995 Council meeting were read and approved.
Motion by Hurley second by Paulson to approve Resolution 95-4. A Resolution to install two new Street lights. Ayes, Paulson, Pedersen, Hurley, Hillman, Delp. Nayes, None. Motion carried.
Motion by Hillman second by Pedersen to approve the rent agreement with Ron adamson. Motion carried.
Motion by Hillman second by Delp to approve Resolution 95-5. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to sign a 28E agreement with The Cities of Jefferson, Churdan, Scranton, Rippey, Grand Junction and the Board of Supervisors on agreement for cooperation beteen the groups. Ayes: Delp, Hurley, Hillman, Pedersen, Paulson, Nayes: None. Motion carried.
The City Clerk gave a finance report.
Motionby Hurley [?: faint] second by Delp to pay George Brabbs $60.00 a month rent for office space and services. Motion carried.
Motion by Paulson second by Pedersen to pay the following bills and all bills due prior to the next regular Council meeting. Motion carried.
