Description
Regular session opening the July 5, 1915 adoption of Dana's revised ordinances. Frank G. Pierce's bill of $31.00 for revising the ordinances and making a copy is allowed, along with G. D. Johnson's 35-cent express charge on the ordinances. The electric light pole at the corner of [Mr.?] Collins' barn is referred to the Street & Alley Committee. Warrants are issued for Pierce, Johnson, the hall rent and the Marshal's salary. The council then takes up the new ordinances, passing Nos. 1-9 through three readings each, and adjourns until July 12, 1915; each ordinance is catalogued as its own item. This identifies the "F. G. Pierce" of the May 3, 1915 minutes.

Absent None
Minutes of last meeting read and approved.
Bill of Frank G. Pierce [struck: read] for revising Ordinances & making copy read
Moved by Councilman R. G. Martin Seconded by McGregor that Bill of Pierce for $31 00/100 be allowed
Motion carried.
Bill of G. D. Johnson for 35ยข on above Ordinance was allowed
Matter of Electric Light pole at corner of [Mr.?] Collins barn was taken up and placed in hands of Street & Alley Comm.
Warrants were issued to
Frank G. Pierce for Draft of Ordinance $31.00
G. D. Johnson Express on " .35
Mrs Jennie Ferguson Hall rent 3.00
C. Bauer Marshall Salary 3.00
