ANNUAL SALARIES
A RESOLUTION SETTING THE SALARIES AND WAGES FOR APPOINTED OFFICERS
AND EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF DANA, IOWA FOR THE YEAR 1998.
Be is resolved the Council of the City of Dana, Iowa:
Section 1. The following persons and positions named shall be
paid the salaries and wages indicated and the City Clerk is
authorized to make deductions from the amounts set out below, on
the first (1st) of each month; and make contributions to IPERS and
Social Security or other purpose as required by law or
authorization of the Council all subject to audit and review by the
Council:
City Clerk/Treasurer Janice Gilley Total 1998 $2961.75
Per hour $11.00
Water Supt Daniel Acton Total 1998 $3179.00
Per hour $ 8.50
Part time help Nicholas Hillman Total 1998 $ 546.00
Per hour $ 6.00
Part time help Steve Tucker Total 1998 $ 94.00
Per hour $ 6.00
Mileage at $.31 per mile.
Overtime hours shall be paid for at one and a half the hourly or
hourly equivalent rate for job performed unless the Council chooses
compensatory hours.
Mayor $400.00 per year
Council members $216.00 per year
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to post this
Resolution. Passed this 30th day of December, 1998.
