MINUTES
Council met in regular session, January 6, 1999 at 7:00 p.m.
at City Hall with Mayor Pedersen presiding. Council members
present: J Hurley, J Erickson, I Hillman, V Pedersen. Absent: R
Delp. Motion Erickson , second Hillman to approve agenda. Ayes:
all m.c. Minutes approved as read. Motion V Pedersen, second
Hurley to approve financial report and all bills due prior to next
regular council meeting.
Motion Hillman, second Erickson to approve Resolution 98-4
Annual Salaries. Ayes: all m.c. Motion Hurley, second Pedersen to
approve Resolution 98-5 Posting Notice. Ayes: all m.c. Motion
Erickson, second Hillman to approve Resolution 98-6 Depository.
Ayes: all m.c.
Water bills and Xenia were discussed. Sheriff’s report was
reviewed. Agreement with citizen was reviewed.
Motion Erickson, second Hurley to adjourn at 7:25 p.m. Next
regular council meeting February 3, 1999 at City Hall at 7:00 p.m.
