DANA MINUTES
Council met in regular session on July 7, 1999 at 7:00 pm with
Mayor Pedersen presiding. Council members present: J Erickson, I
Hillman, J Hurley, V Pedersen, R Delp. Also Steve Hillman.
Motion Hurley, second Delp to approve Agenda. Ayes: all mc.
Motion Erickson, second Delp to approve June minutes. Ayes: all mc.
Motion Pedersen, second Delp to approve financial report and all
bills due prior to next council meeting. Ayes: all mc.
The Sheriff’s report for May was reviewed.
Steve Hillman gave an insurance proposal. Motion Hillman,
second Pedersen to approve the insurance proposal with Employers
Mutual. Ayes: all mc.
Discussion was held on the water pressure that is required for
a fire.
The abstracts and papers from the lock box were reviewed.
Motion Pedersen, second Erickson, to adjourn at 8:05 pm. Next
regular council meeting August 4 at 7:00 pm at Community Center.
