Regular meeting with Mayor Pedersen and Mayor Pro Tem Hurley absent; the council appointed Ivan Hillman Mayor Pro Tem "for one night only." It approved the Annual Report and liquor and cigarette permits for Stinkys for Lynn Case. The Grand Junction Fire Department was interested in the standpipe. DANA COUNCIL MINUTES
Council met in regular session on October 6 at 7:00 p.m. at
the Community Center. Council members present: R Delp, J Erickson,
I Hillman, V Pedersen. Absent: Mayor Pedersen, Mayor Pro-Tem J
Hurley.
Motion R Delp, second J Erickson to appoint I Hillman as Mayor
Protem for one night only. Ayes: all mc. Motion J Erickson,
second Hillman to approve Agenda. Ayes: all mc. Motion V Pedersen,
second R Delp to approve minutes. Ayes: all mc. Motion J Erickson,
second I Hillman to approve financial report. Ayes: all mc.
The Sheriff’s report for August and September was reviewed.
Motion I Hillman, second R Delp to approve the Annual report.
Ayes: all mc. Motion R Delp, second V Pedersen to approve liquor
license for Stinkys for Lynn Case. Ayes: all mc. Motion I Hillman,
second J Erickson to approve cigarette permit for Stinkys for Lynn
Case. Ayes: all mc.
Grand Junction Fire Department is interested in the standpipe.
Motion I Hillman, Second R Delp to approve wages at same rate
for this year for council. Next year rate will be $15.00 per
meeting. Ayes: all mc. Motion R Delp, second J Erickson to approve

regular council meeting November 3, 1999 at 7:00 pm at Community
