Council members present: J Erickson, J Hurley, V Pedersen, I Hillman, R Delp. Absent: none. Motion J Hurley, second I Hillman to approve Agenda. All mc. Motion R Delp, second J Hurley to approve Minutes. All mc. Motion I Hillman, second V Pedersen to approve financial report. Ayes: all mc. Motion V Pedersen, second I Hillman to approve all current bills and all bills due prior to next regular meeting. Ayes: all mc. Steve Hillman was present to discuss the current insurance policy. Sheriff's report was not received. Discussion was held on a residents request to have a horse as a pet. Council agreed as long as there was a tight fence to keep the horse. Also the horse would have to be removed if there were any complaints. Xenia will put in a hydrant where the pipe was cut off. The council requested that Abatements be sent to residents that have not mowed their property. Motion V Pedersen, second J Hurley to purchase a 78 snow removal equipment. The present truck would be traded. Motion R Delp, second J Hurley to adjourn at 8:05 pm. Next regular council meeting July 5 at 7:00 pm at Community Center.
