We, the undersigned Members of the Board of Supervisors and ex-officio County Board of Canvassers for this County, do hereby certify the following to be a true and correct abstract of the votes cast in this County at the City Election Election held on the 3rd day of November, 2009, as shown by the tally lists returned from the several election precincts.
MAYOR

JACK PEDERSEN: Received six (6) votes
Candidate Total: Six (6) votes
SCATTERING: Zero (0) votes
TOTAL: Six (6) votes
We therefore declare:
JACK PEDERSEN duly elected for the office of MAYOR for the term of 2 years.
COUNCIL MEMBER
Greene
JACK HURLEY: Received six (6) votes
Candidate Total: Six (6) votes
SCATTERING: Zero (0) votes
TOTAL: Six (6) votes
We therefore declare:
JACK HURLEY duly elected for the office of COUNCIL MEMBER for the term of 4 years.
