Mayor Rowles absent; councilmen present,
Johnson, Grivey [?], Jones & McGregor.
Councilman Johnson acted as Mayor pro tem Moved by McGregor seconded by Grivey [?] that the following bills be allowed and orders drawn on treasurer for same. Motion Carried.

J Ferguson McCombs Hall rent 3.00

Mayor declared meeting open for nominations to fill vacancy caused by resignation of H M Jones.
J H Welch was nominated. Nominations declared closed
Moved by Grivey [?] seconded by McGregor that clerk cast entire vote of council for J H Welch Motion Carried Clerk so declared
Moved by Jones seconded by McGregor that we adjourn
