Regular session; Mayor Rowles and Councilman Welch absent. Peter Weber is hired to gravel the street from the railroad crossing to the east line of the incorporation, at 65 cents per load delivered, in 12-foot dump boards, 12 inches deep. J. J. Vipond is paid for gravel; this clear reading may settle the earlier uncertain "J. J. Osborn [?]" entries.
