Regular session; all present. Peter Weber is paid $117.00 for gravel and hauling. Eleven men are reported to the County Auditor for not paying or working the 1916 poll tax. The Marshal's pay is raised from $3.00 to $7.50 per month. C. A. Swanson is told to repair his sidewalk within a week, or the town will repair it and tax the property.

Minutes of previous meeting read and approved
Following bills allowed and ordered paid
Jennie Ferguson rent 3.00
Ia Ry & Lt Co 16.67
H Kettell work on road 3.20
P Weber Gravel and hauling same 117.00
Wm Magers 12 loads gravel 1.00 bal acct 40ยข 1.40
Following names reported by street commissioner, as those who have not paid or worked 1916 poll tax,

Moved by Jones seconded by Grivey [?] that the clerk report above names to county auditor. Carried
Moved by McGregor, seconded by Welch that we pay the marshall $7.50 per month Carried
Moved by Johnson seconded by Grivey [?] that clerk notify C A Swanson that his sidewalk must be repaired within one week or same will be repaired by the town and taxed to property Motion Carried
Moved and seconded that we adjourn. Motion carried
