Regular session; McGregor not listed as present. The council cuts the light company's $16.67 bill in half, deducting $8.34 because of unsatisfactory lights. The 1918 tax levy is set: 10 mills general, 7 mills electric light, 4 mills road. Blank spaces for the dollar amounts of each levy were left unfilled. Signed only by the clerk.
