MINUTES
Council met in regular session on Wednesday, September 2, 2009 at 7:00 pm at Dana
Community Center with Mayor Jack Pedersen presiding. Council members present: Ethel Hurley,
Jack Hurley. Absent: Virgil Pedersen,
Motion J Hurley, second E Hurley to approve Agenda. Ayes: all mc. Minutes of August
5, 2009 meeting were approved as written. Motion E Hurley, second J Hurley to approve
fmancial reports. Ayes: all mc. Motion J Hurley, second E Hurley to approve all current bills and
all bills due prior to next regular meeting. Ayes: all mc.
No sheriff's report was received.
The city will pay Jack Hurley $390.00 for snow removal from last winter.
Motion E Hurley, second J Hurley to approve the Street Finance Report for 2008. Ayes:
J Hurley, E Hurley.
Motion J Hurley, second E Hurley to adjourn at 7:30 pm. Next regular council meeting
Wednes October 7, 2009 at 104 Eckstein, Jack Hurley resident garage.
