MINUTES
Council met in regular session on Wednesday, March 5, 2008 at 7:00 pm at Dana
Community Center with Mayor Jack Pedersen presiding. Council members present: Ethel Hurley,
Jack Hurley. Absent: Virgil Pedersen.
Public Hearing for 2009 Budget was opened at 7:00 pm. Discussion was held. No
written or oral comments were heard. Hearing closed at 7:05 pm. Motion J Hurley, second E
Hurley to approve the 2009 Dana Budget. Ayes: all mc.
Motion E Hurley, second J Hurley to approve agenda. Ayes: all mc. Minutes of February
6 and February 18 were reviewed. No additions or corrections were noted.
Motion J Hurley, second E Hurley to approve financial reports. Ayes: all mc. Motion J
Hurley, second E Hurley to approve all current bills and all bills due prior to next regular meeting.
Ayes: all me.
Sheriff's report for January was reviewed.
Discussion was held on the snow plow. It needs new chains Jack Hurley will look into it.
Motion J Hurley, second E Hurley to adjourn at 7:15 pm. Next regular council meeting
Wednesday, April 2, 2008 at 7:00 pm at Dana Community Center.
