MINUTES
Council met in regular session on Wednesday, January 2, 2008 at 7:00 pm at Dana
Community Center with Mayor Jack Pedersen presiding. Council members present: Ethel Hurley,
Jack Hurley, Virgil Pedersen.
No one was present from Xenia. Motion J Hurley, second E Hurley to approve Agenda.
Ayes: all me. Minutes from December were approved as written. Motion V Pedersen, second J
Hurley to approve the financial report. Ayes: all mc. Motion V Pedersen, second E Hurley to
approve current bills and all bills due before next regular meeting. Ayes: all me.
Discussion was held on the budget. Work on the streets needs to be done. The Sheriff's
report was not received.
Motion J Hurley, second V Pedersen to adjourn at 7:15 pm. Next regular council meeting
February 6, 2008 at 7:00 pm at Dana Community Center.
