MINUTES
Council met in regular session on December 6, 2006 at 7:00 pm at Dana Community
Center with Mayor Jack Pedersen presiding. Council members present: Ethel Hurley, Jack
Hurley, Virgil Pedersen.
Motion J Hurley, second V Pedersen to approve Agenda. Ayes: all mc. Minutes of
November 1 meeting were approved as written. Motion E Hurley, second J Hurley to approve
financial reports. Ayes: all mc. Motion J Hurley, second V Pedersen to approve all current bills
and all bills due prior to next regular meeting. Ayes: all mc.
Sheriff's report for October and November were reviewed.
Randy Finholt of USDA, Chris Whitaker, Region XII, Dan Stipe, DNR were present.
Discussion was held on the complaint of sewer discharge. All will help to get the city in
compliance of sewer discharge with the state of Iowa.
Motion V Pedersen, second J Hurley to adjourn at 8:45 pm. Next regular council meeting
Wednesday, January 3 at 7:00 pm at Dana Community Center.
