DANA MINUTES
Council met in regular session on January 4, 2006 at 7:00 pm in Dana Community Center
with Mayor Jack Pedersen presiding. Council members present: Jack Hurley, Ethel Hurley, Virgil
Pedersen. A written resignation from Tom Langford was received.
Motion J Hurley, second V Pedersen to approve Agenda. Ayes: all mc. Minutes of
December 7 were approved at written. Motion J hurley, second E Hurley to approve financial
reports. Ayes: all mc. Motion V Pedersen, second J Hurley to approve all current bills and all
bills due prior to next regular meeting. Ayes: all mc.
No sheriff report was received.
Two representatives from Xenia were present to answer any questions or problems that
we may be having.
Motion V Pedersen, second E Hurley to adjourn at 7:29 pm. Next regular council
meeting Wednesday, February 1, 2006 at Dana Community Center.
