MINUTES
Council met in regular session on February 2, 2005 at 7:00 pm at Dana community Center
with Mayor Jack Pedersen presiding. Council members present: Jack Hurley, Virgil Pedersen,
Ethel Hurley. Absent: Jerry Erickson.
Meeting was opened with the Oath of Office given to Ethel Hurley. She has been
appointed by Mayor Jack Pedersen.
Motion J Hurley, second V Pedersen to approve Agenda. Ayes: all mc. Minutes of
December 1, 2004 meeting were approved as written. No meeting was held in January, because
of bad weather. Motion J Hurley, second E Hurley to approve financial report. Ayes: all mc.
Motion J Hurley, second E Hurley to approve all current bills and all bills due prior to next
regular council meeting. Ayes: all mc.
Sheriff's report for December was reviewed.
Motion V Pedersen, second E Hurley to repair tractor. Ayes: all mc.
Motion v Pedersen, second J Hurley to approve Resolution - Council Members. Ayes: all
me. This resolution approves a public hearing for changing the Ordinance to read three council
members instead of five. Public hearing will be held March 2, 2005. At 7:00 pm at Community
Center in Dana.
Motion J Hurley, second V Pedersen to adjourn at 7:20 pm. Next regular council meeting
Wednesday, March 2, 2005 at Dana Community Center.
