DANA MINUTES
Council met in regular session on March 2, 2005 at 7:00 pm at Dana Community Center
with Mayor Jack Pedersen presiding. Council members present: Jack Hurley, Jerry Erickson,
Virgil Pedersen, Ethel Hurley.
Motion J Hurley, second E Hurley to approve Agenda. Ayes: all mc. Minutes of February
2 meeting were approved as written. Motion Pedersen, second Erickson to approve financial
reports. Ayes: all me. Motion J Hurley second Pedersen to approve all current bills and all bills
due prior to next regular meeting. Ayes: all mc.
Open public hearing for the 2005-2006 budget at 7:02 pm. Hearing no written or oral
comments from public, discussion was held. Hearing closed at 7:09 pm. Motion E Hurley,
second V Pedersen to approve 2005-2006 budget. Ayes: J Hurley, J Erickson, V Pedersen, E
Hurley. Me.
Open public hearing to amend ordinance from five council members to three council
members at 7:10 pm. Hearing no written or oral comments from public, discussion was held.
Public hearing closed at 7:11 pm. Motion V Pedersen, second J Erickson to approve Resolution
changing council members from five council members to three council members. Ayes: J Hurley, J
Erickson, V Pedersen, E Hurley. Mc.
The sheriff's report for January was reviewed.
The tractor has been repaired at Rueter Red Power.
Motion Erickson, second J Hurley to adjourn at 7:19 pm. Next regular council meeting
Tuesday, April 5, 2005 at 7:00 pm at Dana Community Center.
