DANA MINUTES
Council met in regular session on April 5, 2005 at 7:00 pm at Dana Community Center
with Mayor Jack Pedersen presiding. Council members present: Ethel Hurley, Jack Hurley, Jerry
Erickson, Virgil Pedersen.
Motion J Hurley, second V Pedersen to approve Agenda. Ayes: all mc. Minutes of March
2 meeting were approved as written. Motion V Pedersen, second E Hurley, to approve financial
reports. Ayes:all mc. Motion J Hurley, second Erickson to approve all current bills and all bills
due prior to next regular meeting. Ayes: all mc.
Sheriff's report for March and February were reviewed.
Motion E Hurley, second V Pedersen to approve the Amended Ordinance to change
council members from 5 to 3. Ayes: E Hurley, J Hurley, J Erickson, V Pedersen. Council
member E Hurley moved that the rule requiring Ordinances to be read on three separate days be
waived and that Amended Ordinance changing council members from 5 to 3, second J Erickson.
Ayes: E Hurley, J Hurley, J Erickson, V Pedersen. mc.
Motion J Hurley, second J Erickson to hire Lee Pedersen to mow the city lots for $6.00
per hour. Ayes: all mc.
Motion J Erickson, second V Pedersen to adjourn at 7:14 pm. Next regular council
i e May 3 at 7:00 pm at Dana Community Center.
