MINUTES
Council met in regular session on Tuesday, May 3, 2005 at 7:00 pm at Dana Community
Center with Mayor Jack Pedersen presiding. Council members present: Jack Hurley, Jerry
Erickson, Virgil Pedersen, Ethel Hurley.
Motion J Hurley, second Erickson to approve Agenda. Ayes: all mc. Minutes of April 5
meeting were approved as written. Motion Pedersen, second J Hurley to approve financial
reports. Ayes: all mc. Motion J Hurley, second E Hurley to approve all current bills and all bills
due prior to next regular meeting. Ayes: all mc.
Sheriff's report was not received.
A flag will be purchased for the park.
Janice will call the State Historical Society for information on grants to repair the
Community building.
Motion Erickson, second J Hurley to adjourn at 7:20 pm. Next regular council meeting
Wednesday, June 1 at 7:00 pm at Dana Community Center.
