MINUTES
Council met in regular session on July 6, 2005 at 7:00 pm at Dana Community Center
with Mayor Jack Pedersen presiding. Council members present: Jack Hurley, Virgil Pedersen,
Ethel Hurley. Absent: Jerry Erickson
Motion J Hurley, second E Hurley to approve Agenda. Ayes: all mc. Minutes of June 1
meeting were approved at written. Motion V Pedersen, second J Hurley to approve financial
reports. Ayes: all mc. Motion J Hurley, second E Hurley to approve all current bills and all bills
due prior to next regular meeting. Ayes: all mc.
Sheriff's report for May was reviewed.
Motion J Hurley, second V Pedersen to rent building to Wayne Juhl for $85.00 per month.
Ayes: all mc.
Jack Hurley has put two dump loads of pea rock on the playground per insurance request.
We will send some abatement notices and bills for mowing and spraying vacant lots.
Motion E Hurley, second J Hurley to adjourn at 7:25 pm. Next regular council meeting
Wednesday, August 3, 2005 at 7:00 pm at Dana Community Center.
