MINUTES
Council met in regular session on August 3, 2005 at 7:00 pm at Dana Community Center
with Mayor Jack Pedersen presiding. Council members present: Jack Hurley, Ethel Hurley, Jerry
Erickson, Virgil Pedersen.
Motion Erickson, second J Hurley to approve Agenda. Ayes: all mc. Minutes of July 6
meeting were approved as written. Motion E Hurley, second V Pedersen to approve financial
reports. Ayes: all mc. Motion J Hurley, second Erickson to approve all current bills and all bills
due prior to next regular meeting. Ayes: all mc.
The Sheriff's report for June was reviewed. The street in front of Juhl’s needs to be
sealcoated. There is no money in the RUT fund for this.
Abatements notices will be sent to residents that need to clean their property. Also a
notice will be sent to the owner of the bar for mowing and spraying by the city.
Motion Erickson, second Pedersen to adjourn at 7:30 pm. Next regular council meeting
Wednesday, September 7, 2005 at 7:00 pm at Dana Community Center.
