DANA MINUTES
Council met in regular session on September 7, 2005 at 7:00 pm at Dana Community
Center with Mayor Jack Pedersen presiding. Council members present: Jack Hurley, Ethel
Hurley, Jerry Erickson, Virgil Pedersen.
Motion J Hurley, second E Hurley to approve Agenda. Ayes: all mc. Minutes of August 3
meeting were approved as written. Motion Erickson, second Pedersen to approve financial
reports. Ayes: all mc. Motion J Hurley, second Pedersen to approve all current bills and all bills
due prior to next regular meeting. Ayes: all mc.
The Sheriff's report for July and August were reviewed.
Motion Pedersen, second J Hurley to approve resolution approving Road Use Tax
Reports. Ayes: J Hurley, E Hurley, J Erickson, V Pedersen. mc.
We will check on the next step for recovering the cost of mowing property in the city.
Motion Erickson, second E Hurley to adjourn at 7:30 pm. Next regular council meeting
Wednesday, October 5, 2005 at 7:00 pm at Dana Community Center.
