DANA MINUTES
Council met in regular session on October 5, 2005 at 7:00 pm at Dana Community Center
with Mayor Pro Tem Jack Hurley presiding. Council members present: Jack Hurley, Virgil
Pedersen, Jerry Erickson. Absent: Mayor Jack Pedersen, council member Ethel Hurley.
Motion J Hurley, second Erickson to approve Agenda. Ayes: all mc. Minutes of
September 7 meeting approved as written. Motion V Pedersen, second J Hurley to approve
financial reports. Ayes: all mc. Motion Erickson, second Hurley to approve all current bills and
all bills due prior to next regular meeting. Ayes: all mc.
Motion J Hurley, second V Pedersen to approve the Annual Financial Report. Ayes: all
me. Sheriff's report for September was reviewed. We will check on the receipts we are receiving
from DOT for Road Use Tax. We need roads sealcoated.
Motion Erickson, second Pedersen to adjourn at 7:30 pm. Next regular council meeting
Nevember 2, 2005 at 7:00 pm at Dana Community Center.
