DANA MINUTES
Council met in regular session on Wednesday November 2, 2005 at 7:00 pm at Dana
Community Center with Mayor Jack Pedersen presiding. Council members present: Ethel Hurley,
Jack Hurley, Jerry Erickson, Virgil Pedersen.
Motion Erickson, second J Hurley to approve Agenda. Ayes: all mc. Minutes of October
5, 2005 meeting were approved as written. Motion Pedersen, second E Hurley to approve
financial reports. Ayes: all mc. Motion J Hurley second Erickson to approve all current bills and
all bills due prior to next regular meeting. Ayes: all mc.
The Sheriff's report was not received.
I called the DOT and received information about the loss of revenue from them. About
half of the money is going to the County for the county highway through town. Jack will contact
supervisors about this.
We have received a check for $100 from Alliant for the fire department. This will be
forwarded to the Grand Junction Fire Department for use in Dana.
Motion Erickson, second E Hurley to adjourn at 7:25 pm. Next regular council meeting
Wednesday, December 7 at 7:00 pm at Dana Community Center.
