MINUTES
Council met in regular session on November 1, 2000 at 7:00 pm
at Dana Community Center with Mayor Jack Pedersen presiding.
Council members present: Rocky Delp, Jerry Erickson, Ivan Hillman,
Jack Hurley, Virgil Pedersen. Absent: none.
Motion Erickson, second Hurley to approve Agenda. Ayes: all
mc. Minutes of October 4 meeting were approved as read. Motion v
Pedersen, second Erickson EO approve Einancial reports and all
bills due prior to next regular council meeting. Ayes:; all me.
Motion Hillman, second Hurley to approve Annual Financial
Report: Ayes: all mc.
The Sheriff’s department report for September was reviewed.
Discussion was held on dogs running loose in town. All dogs are
required to be restrained.
The City has received approval from the DOT to erect a town
sign at one entry to town.
Motion Hurley, second Delp to sdjourn at 7:15 pin. Next
regular council meeting Wednesday, December 6 at 7:00 pm at Dana
Community Center.
