MINUTES
Council met in regular session on September 6 at 7:00 pm at
Dana Community Center with Mayor Jack Pedersen presiding. Council
members present: Rocky Delp, Jerry Erickson, Ivan Hillman, Jack
Hurley, Virgil Pedersen.
Motion I Hillman, second Delp to approve Agenda. Ayes: all
Me Minutes of August 2, 2000 meeting were approved as read.
Motion V Pedersen, second Delp to approve financial reports and all
bills due prior to next regular council meeting. Ayes: all mc.
Motion Hillman, second Erickson to approve cigarette permit
for Stinkys. Ayes: all mc. Motion Hurley, second Delp to approve
jiquor license for Stinkys. Ayes: all mec.
Motion Hillman, second Hurley to approve Resolution Road Use
Tax report. Ayes: Hillman, Hurley, Delp, Erickson, V Pedersen. mc.
Sheriff's department report for July and August were reviewed.
Motion Delp, second Erickson to send abatement notice to
remove abandoned cars from property. Ayes: all mc.
Motion Hillman, second Hurley to adjourn at 7:30 pm. Next
regular council meeting Wednesday, October 4, at 7:00 pm at Dana
mur center.
