Moved & 2nd that the following bills
be allowed & an order drawn on the Treas
for same:

Moved by Morris 2nd by McNurlen
that L. M. Ferguson, John Dolan, A. D. McGregor
be appointed judges, Fred Brown & John De Boer
clerks of coming election. Motion carried.
Mayor appointed McGregor & McNurlen
as a committee to check up books with
Treas. Moved & 2nd that we adjourn to
meet again at call of Mayor. motion carried.
