order by Mayor. Members present mayor
R. G. Martin Councilmen W H Kettell, A D McGregor
F. M. Ferguson, G D Johnson, & Melvin Collins.
Moved & 2nd that A J McNurlen act as clerk
for ensuing year. Motion carried.
Mayor read statement of financial condition
of Inc. Town of Dana.
Minutes of last meeting read & approved.
Mayor appointed standing Com. as follows:
Finance, Johnson, McGregor & Kettell.
Sidewalks, Collins & Ferguson
Streets & Alleys, Ferguson, McGregor, & Collins
Nuisance, McGregor, Ferguson & Johnson
St Lights, Kettell, Johnson & Collins
Public Property, McGregor & Ferguson
Fire, Ferguson, Collins & Johnson
Mayor appointed Wm Magers as street
Commissioner.
Council met as board of Health.
Following bills were read. Moved & 2nd
that same be allowed & orders drawn on
Treas to cover them.
J W Jameson, Lamp supplies — 10.00
Wm Magers, Street Work — 13.00
Grand Jct Globe, Printing ballots — 1.00
Coleman Lamp Co, Lamp supplies — 1.98
Jennie Ferguson, Rent — 3.00
C Bauer, Marshal Salary (March) — 5.00
A J McNurlen, Lighting Lamps (Mar) — 10.00
Council met as board of Equalization
& passed on assessment books, no changes made.
Moved & 2nd that we adjourn to next
regular meeting night. Motion carried.
