UNAPPROVED MINUTES OF THE NOVEMBER 15, 1988 COUNCIL MEETING
The council met in regular session with Mayor Pederson presiding and
Council Members Border, Hurley, Pederson, Hillman, present. Absent, Pearce.
The minutes of the October 18, 1988 council meeting were read and approved.
Past due water bills were discussed, also the water treatment plant.
A letter from the Department of Natural Resources was acted on.
Motion by Border second by Hillman to pay the following bills and all
bills due prior to the next regular council meeting.
GENERAL FUND; Iowa Electric, 175.73; Ed M. Feld, supplies, 3-4-87, 7-18-88
401.00; Jack Pederson, comp., 131.40; Ivan Hillman, comp.,72.00; Virgil
